FOC Restaurant is our pioneer venue opened back in 2014, that brought the Barcelona affair to Singapore, to a rather sleepy HongKong Street next to Clarke Quay. Urban, sleek and cheeky.

Nandu Jubany’s gastronomical proposal at FOC is a cuisine that reaffirms the most demanding traditions, bringing together authentic flavours and values in a contemporary format. Based on seasonality, the menu allows you to enjoy the most select produce of that time of the year – featuring Spanish and Catalan dishes impeccably presented with a modern attitude.

FOC Restaurant is located in a refurbished shophouse and designed by famed multidisciplinary, Barcelonian studio lagranja design.

Quintessential Catalan elements have made their way into the art and decor, such as ‘Porrons’ (traditional Spanish wine decanters) remade into lights, wall decals of the legendary Roman Catholic church, ‘Sagrada Familia’, and a playful take on the ‘Correfoc’ (Catalan fire-run) with installations in the shape of giant heads.

Banquette seats line the restaurant, with a prized 14-seat bar counter lit with custom-made lamps constructed from pepper grinders. The open-kitchen concept makes for a highly interactive experience, where diners can watch chefs and mixologists working side-by-side.

Situated at the further end of FOC Restaurant is a quieter section with double-height ceilings, a large skylight and three communal tables that seat up to eight diners each. The warm and intimate space is the ideal setting for business lunches and dinners while also providing a midday escape for the corporate crowd.

Food & Drinks

Look forward to traditional tapas dishes presented in a contemporary way, choosing from a diverse list that will make your mouth water. Choose from a unique selection of Tapas that includes both classic staples in Spain, such as ‘Gambas Al Ajillo’, Padron Peppers and Croquetas with different fillings, as well as some playful modern Tapas designed by FOC Culinary Team. The modern must-haves would definitely include ‘FOC Patatas Bravas’, delicately sliced potatoes that are layered to resemble the interior of a leek, cooked confit, deep-fried and served with a rich red pepper sauce and traditional ‘Alioli’. A modern take on the traditional Gazpacho, Watermelon ‘Gazpacho’ & Smoked Olive Oil Ice Cream, Grilled , has already won the hearts of our guests with its creamy texture and refreshing character. Scallops with Soy Caviar & ‘Bonito’, a combination of tart citrus, soy sauce with springy scallops, got everyone’s thumbs up from day one, combining the local and Spanish produce in a subtle and harmonious way.

BIG FOC Tapas may be widely enjoyed among larger groups of our guests, featuring toothsome meat and sea lover’s essentials such as Grilled ‘Ibérico’ Pork Ribs & Smoked Pumpkin Purée, one-kilo Big ‘Chuletón’ Beef Steak with garnish or locally-farmed Barramundi, whole piece, dressed with Catalan ‘Suquet’, Seafood slow-cooked stew, and Mussels.

The restaurant all-time favourite Black Mediterranean Squid Ink with Prawns & Squid Paella and the emerging stars, such as Soft-Shell Crab Paella are fulfilling all seafood lover’s dreams. The squid ink adds a depth of flavour to the rice, topped with tender squid and fresh, juicy prawns, It is guaranteed to mesmerize with every mouthful. The newest addition, the unorthodox Soft Shell Crab paella, an assemble of crunchy and creamy textures, as well as intense flavours – ideal for a comfort satisfaction.

A meal is not complete without a dessert, FOC culinary team has created innovative desserts, bringing some of the dreamiest food inspirations. A definite must-have, FOC Mini Chocolate Burger, is a miniature of chocolate and ice cream goodness. Garnished with fresh strawberries, mango and mint to lighten it up, a refreshing way to conclude the meal. A twist to the traditional Spanish coffee with milk, ‘Café con Leche’ consists of a creamy and milky coffee mousse with milk ice cream, butter cream topped with brownie croutons.

FOC Restaurant also offers a broad spectrum of premium tipples, featuring the best of all0time classics and FOC version of the traditional libations. FOC will definitely recommend you to start off with The Three Robbers, a spin-off of the classic Manhattan – an exquisite whisky concotion garnished with dark chocolate and orange peels, adding in some sweet aromas. Sound of Islay will sweep you off your feet with mixture of classy scaled down punch of whiskey and citrus mix, spiced up with some home-made rosemary spray, earl grey syrup and balanced with the sweet notes of honey water. Not to forget the signature FOC Sangria, that will make your night definitely more joyful with its wine and highly spirited punch. Get a little wild and go for a City Bird, a bitter tropical ‘tiki style’ cocktail that will boost and refresh your spirits with every sip.

With an impressive drinks list of spirits and wines, the sizable menu consists of an approachable mix of Cava, Champagne, Sherry, Sweet, Spanish & International White and Red Wines.
